Steve
Steve brings more than 40 years of hands-on experience working with homeowners associations and management companies. Throughout his career, he has developed a deep understanding of what matters most to homeowners and board members alike. Having seen both the best – and the shortcomings - of HOA management firsthand, Steve is uniquely positioned to recognize what truly strengthens the relationship between a community and its management partner.
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Steve relocated to Minnesota in the 1980s, where he has continued to build his career and community roots. He is happily married, a proud father of one daughter, and a devoted grandfather to two grandchildren, who are truly his pride and joy.
In 2025, Steve partnered with Dmitriy to form a management company built on honesty, transparency, and integrity, with a clear focus on protecting the long-term financial growth and stability of every community they serve.
Dmitriy
Dmitriy brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, having been immersed in the field since his college years while working part-time in construction. Beginning his career as a finish carpenter, he developed a strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, which laid the foundation for his broader expertise in building and renovation. At the age of 23, Dmitriy became a licensed general contractor, marking the start of a career defined by responsibility, leadership, and quality execution.
Throughout his career, Dmitriy has renovated existing homes, built new residences, and completed major additions, gaining a comprehensive understanding of both structural integrity and long-term property value. His work has frequently involved collaboration with homeowners associations, giving him firsthand insight into the standards, expectations, and accountability required when serving communities as a whole.
In 2025, Dmitriy partnered with Steve to form a management company grounded in honesty, transparency, and integrity, combining construction expertise with proactive management to safeguard the long-term financial health, maintenance, and stability of every community they are entrusted to serve.
Vitaliy
Vitaliy brings over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in leadership and management roles. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with trades, vendors, and project teams, developing a practical understanding of how construction operations, timelines, and budgets intersect with effective property management. His hands-on experience allows him to approach challenges with both technical knowledge and a solutions-focused mindset.
With years spent overseeing projects and coordinating teams, Vitaliy has built a reputation for organization, accountability, and clear communication. He understands the importance of proactive management, consistent follow-through, and maintaining high standards—especially when working within communities where trust and reliability matter most.
As a manager with Elevate Community Management (ECM), Vitaliy plays a key role in supporting homeowners associations by ensuring projects, maintenance, and daily operations are handled efficiently and professionally, always with the goal of protecting the community's long-term value and stability.
